2. Refund policy for other services
Discord & Telegram Bots
All purchases are non-refundable. Upon request, we can shut down server hosting and cancel future subscription payments.
AI Technology
Refund requests are available within 3 days of purchase. After this period, services are non-refundable.
EXE / Mac App Development
Custom-built desktop software is non-refundable once the purchase is made.
Crypto Development
Refunds are available within 5 days after purchase. After this period, all sales are final.
Mobile & Website Development
- Within 5 days → Full refund available
- Between 5 and 14 days → 50% refund may be granted
- After 14 days → No refunds issued
Custom Requests Outside These Categories
- Within 2 days → Full refund available
- Between 2 and 5 days → 25% refund may be granted
- After 5 days → Non-refundable
3. Final sale
Once the applicable refund period has expired, all sales are final. No refunds will be granted under any circumstances beyond these limits.
